What's in your town? Is it big, small, rural, urban?
I have been living in a predominant Hispanic community with my family all my life.
I find it very interesting that you can meet anyone from anywhere in the world in NYC.
However, more likely than not, that person comes from a community where there are many more people just like them. Washington Heights is Dominican central. I can't even read the signs in Chinatown. And, my boyfriend has this fascination with a mob store in Little Italy.
